Divine Mercy Parish, a Roman Catholic community in Peterborough NH
Thank you for visiting our website, and welcome to Divine Mercy Parish in New Hampshire!
Our parish consists of the former St. Denis Church in Harrisville, the former St. Patrick Church in Bennington, and St. Peter Church in Peterborough. As of September 2009, all sacraments and celebrations of the Eucharist (Mass) take place at St. Peter Church.
Divine Mercy Parish is nestled in the Contoocook River Valley, overshadowed by the majestic Mount Monadnock. Our parish community is comprised of approximately 800 families. Many of our parishioners are not native to the area, but were drawn here by the natural beauty and spiritual vitality of the surroundings. If you would like to get a sense of what motivates us as followers of Christ, please read our parish’s Mission Statement.
On behalf of the entire parish community, I extend a cordial invitation to you to join us in celebrating Eucharist, and enhancing our community with the gift of your faith.
